Youth are essential players in understanding and confronting the threats of tomorrow. However, due to factors like geographic location, weak, or non-existent connections to the job market and lack of opportunities for the training and practical experience required to enter the workforce, many brilliant students and young professionals find themselves unable to pursue careers in peace and security studies.

To address these obstacles, we have decided to launch ICTYN; a global network specifically tailored to meet the needs of both employers and young researchers by providing the former with the opportunity to be connected to fresh talented candidates who match their job specifications, and the latter with the chance to connect with their peers, collaborate, and discover career opportunities.
